SERVICE ORDERS PART II

APPOINTMENTS, TRANSFERS AND LEAVE OF OFFICERS

1. Mr. Wilson Francis Magomu, CP, Industries at Prisons Headquarters is appointed CP Custodial Services, Safety and Security, Prisons Headquarters.

2. Mr. Robert Munanura, CP, Custodial Services – SS is appointed CP, Industries at Prisons Headquarters.

3. Mr. James Emotu, ACP, Regional Prisons Commander Western Region is appointed ACP Inspectorate at Prisons Headquarters. He hands over to Mr. Peter Ariko, SSP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Mbarara (M) who is appointed Regional Prisons Commander Western Region.

4. Mr. Vincent Kubomu, ACP, Regional Prisons Commander, Mid Central Region proceeds on leave pending retirement. He hands over to Mr. Fred Kajubi Kayongo, SSP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Farm Kitalya, who is appointed Regional Prisons Commander Mid Central Region.

5. Mr. Kenneth Mugabirwe, ACP, Regional Prisons Commander, Southern Region, proceeds on accumulated leave. He hands over to Mr. Allan John Mushabe, SSP, DPC Masaka who is appointed Regional Prisons Commander Southern Region.

6. Mr. Judas Tadeo Kaliisa, ACP, Seed Multiplication and Cotton Production is appointed ACP Projects Development at Prisons Headquarters. Mr. Sam Aloci, Principal Agricultural Officer at Prisons Headquarters takes Charge of Seed Multiplication. Mr. Yona Mbabweine, Senior Agricultural Officer takes Charge of the Cotton Production.

7. Mr. Apollo Bakwate Akankunda, SSP, Prisons Headquarters from extended leave is transferred to Directorate of Cooperation and Corporate Affairs.

8. Ms. Prossy Geraldine Najjuma, SSP, from leave is appointed Manager, Prisons Show Room, at Prisons Headquarters. She takes over from Mr. Benjamin Bunkwaitse Ngabwah, SP, who reports to Prisons Industries at Prisons Headquarters.

9. Mr. Geoffrey Natabona Mangeni, SP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Kakiika is transferred to U.G. Prison Farm Kitalya as Officer in Charge. He hands over to Mr. Nicomedie Ben Nyanzi Ahimbisibwe, SP, U.G. Prison Upper, who is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Kakiika.

10. Mr. Innocent Draville, SP, Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Ndorwa is transferred to U.G. Prison Mbarara (M) as Officer in Charge. He hands over to Mr. Julius Kisembo, ASP, U.G. Prison M/Bay, who is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Ndorwa.

11. Mr. Joseph Mpagi, SP, Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Farm Bufulubi is transferred to Atopi Prison, Apac as Officer in Charge. He takes over from Mr. Smith Odur, SP, who is retired from the Service.

12. Mr. Ben Yovani Ocen, SP, U.G. Prison Kanungu, from leave he is appointed DPC Masaka.

13. Mr. Deogracious Ogwapit, SP, Prisons Academy and Training School is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Masaka Main.

14. Mr. Zaid Gwakibe, ASP, U.G. Prison Pece, from leave is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Amolatar. He takes over from Mr. Felix Okwanga, P.O.I who proceeds on accumulated leave.

15. Mr. Joseph Nsobya, ASP, U.G. Prison Farm Adjumani is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Farm Bufulubi.

16. Ms. Josephine Nakakawa, ASP, Prisons Academy and Training School is transferred to Prisons Headquarters for duty.

17. Mr. Walter Ogaba, ASP, U.G. Prison Amolatar, from leave, is appointed DPC Amuru District.

18. Ms. Nassim Kyosibire Kawala, ASP, U.G. Prison Lugazi, from leave, is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Bugiri. She takes over from Ms. Donantino Nabwire, P.O. I, who proceeds on accumulated leave.

19. Ms. Fatina Wakabi, ASP, Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Busesa proceeds on accumulated leave. She hands over the Station to Mr. Emmanuel Edopu, P.O.II, on leave, who is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Busesa.

20. Mr. Yunusu Kayima, ASP, U.G. Prison Farm Lugore, from leave, is transferred to U.G. Prison Farm Nakasongola for duty.

21. Mr. Moses Byaruhanga, ASP, U.G. Prison Farm Lugore is transferred to Prisons Headquarters, Projects Development for duty.

22. Mr. Nicholas Wandera, ASP, U.G. Prison Kigo (M) is transferred to Prisons Headquarters, Farms for duty.

23. Mr. Hannington Nsubuga, ASP, U.G. Prison Kampala Remand is transferred to Prisons Headquarters, Industries for duty.

24. Mr. Godwin Kirungi, CASP, U.G. Prison Farm Isimba is transferred to U.G. Prison Farm Lugore for duty.

25. Mr. Alex Ahebwa, CASP, U.G. Prison Upper is transferred to U.G. Prison Farm Isimba for duty.

26. Mr. Charles Bitswatswa, P.O.I Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Kitwe proceeds on suspension. He hands over the station to Mr. Mike Khode, P.O.II, U.G. Prison Kitwe, who is appointed Ag. Officer in Charge.

27. Mr. Ajushi Edema, P.O.I, U.G. Prison Koboko, from leave, is appointed Staff Officer, North Western Region.

28. Ms. Barbra Goloba, P.O.I, U.G. Prison Bamunanika, from leave, is appointed Officer in Charge, U.G. Prison Busaana. She takes over from Ms. Irene Namakula, P.O.II, who proceeds on leave pending retirement.

29. Mr. Ponsiano Ongom, P.O.I, U.G. Prison Gulu, is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Arocha. He takes over the Station from Mr. Charles Angiro P.O.II who proceeds on accumulated leave.

30. Ms. Joyce Akwero, P.O.I, U.G. Prison Gulu Women, from leave, is transferred to U.G. Prison Pece for duty.

31. Ms. Ritah Nerima, P.O.II, U.G. Prison Mbarara (M) is appointed Officer in Charge U.G. Prison Ndorwa Women.

32. Mr. Peter John Okedi, P.O.II, U.G. Prison Kampala Remand, from leave, is transferred to Prisons Headquarters, Product Promotion for duty.

33. Mr. Shaban Odoa, P.O.II, U.G. Prison Aura (M) is transferred to Prisons Academy and Training School, Maroons Football Club for duty.

34. Mr. Augustine Mukasa, P.O.II, U.G. Prison Farm Kitalya is transferred to Prisons Headquarters, Research for duty.

35. Ms. Doreen Akello, P.O.II, Prisons Academy and Training School is transferred to Prisons Headquarters, Research for duty.

36. Mr. Denis Ongwech, P.O.II, U.G. Prison Kigo (M) proceeds on accumulated leave.

37. Mr. Simon Ochelem, P.O.II, U.G. Prison Kigo (M) proceeds on accumulated leave.

These orders take immediate effect unless otherwise stated.
All leave must strictly be taken outside the Institutions.
The Director of Administration to facilitate execution of these orders without delay.
