1. Ms. Rebecca Agnes Gabu, ACP, RPC North Central is transferred to Prisons Headquarters to the Department of Legal Advisory Services and Human Rights for duty. She hands over the region to Mr. Innocent Draville, SSP from Intermediate Command and Staff Course who is now appointed RPC North Central Region at Luwero.
2. Mr. Patrick Makoha Masiga, ACP, RPC South East, has retired from Service. He hands over the Region to Mr. Deogratious Ogwapit, SSP, from Senior Command and Staff Course who is appointed RPC South East at Jinja.
3. Mr. Micheal Obini, SSP, DPC Lira, is transferred to Arua as DPC. He hands over Lira to Mr. Alfred Alula, SP, Ag. OC Gulu Main prison. Mr. Alula hands over Gulu Main prison to Mr. Ronald Mutebi, SASP, from leave who is now appointed OC Gulu Main prison.
4. Dr. Onesmus Bitaliwo, SSP, from Senior Command and Staff Course, is returns to Prisons Headquarters in the Department of General Administration and Welfare Services for duty.
