1. Mr. Anatoli Biryomumaisho, Ag. Commisioner, Rehabilitation and reintegration from leave , reverts back to his Department of Education as Assistant Commissioner in charge of Formal Education. He will take charge of all Prison Schools (Staff children and inmates) as Dean. Vocational Skills training will exclusively be handled by Ms. Madina Nabaggala, SSP. They both report to the Director Correctional Services until a substantive Commissioner of Prisons, Education Services is appointed.
2. Mr. Hannington Nsubuga, SSP, Prisons Headquarters, is appointed Commandant Prisons Engineering Gang. He reports to the Commissioner, Estates and Engineering. He will be deputized by Mr. Nicholas Wandera, SP. They will operate from Prisons headquarters until their home is established.
