Grateful, this is to inform you that more than 858 staff who have not yet been validated will be AUTOMATICALLY DELETED from the pay roll with effect from JUNE 2018. Refer to list below of staff for validation. The purpose of this message is to cause all the unvalidated staff including the newly recruited / passed out staff to come for Biometric validation at PATS as per the programme below.

Please avail copies of the attached Government of Uganda payroll clean-up Biometrics enrollment form to each of the affected officers as promptly as possible. Further more advice each person to make photcopies of APPOINTMENT, CONFIRMATION AND DEPLOYMENT LETTERS, NATIONAL IDS AND MOST RECENT PAYSLIP. They must come with ORIGINALS OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS WITH OUT FAIL. Whoever fails to turnup for this noble and once for all exercise should stand to blame him / her self.

By copy of this, the Commandant PATS is requested to arrange for an appropriate venue for the week long exercise. Please give this message the utmost importance and urgency it deserves.
