The Centre for Disease Control (CDC) Uganda country Director, Dr. Lisa Nelson today opened the new HIV clinic at U.G Prison Mubuku on Monday 9th December,2019 which has been established with support of the CDC.

Mubuku prison is accredited as one of the 30 ART centres. During her remarks , the CDC Country director plegded contnued support and funding from the CDC for the next five years starting october, 2020.

She was hosted by the Commissioner Health Services, JB Tumwebaze, Assistant Commissioner Health, Dr. James Kisambu, Regional Commander SSP, Ariko, Officer in Charge SP, Komakech.
