SERVICE ORDERS PART II

APPOINTMENTS, TRANSFERS AND LEAVE OF OFFICERS

1. Mr. Patrick William Awany, SSP, DPC Soroti is appointed Regional Prisons Commander Mid Central Region. He takes over from Mr. Patrick Anthony Zikanga, SSP, who proceeds on accumulated leave pending retirement.

2. Mr. Sam Okiria Ekalamu, SP, from Course is appointed DPC Bushenyi.

3. Mr. Thomas Aldo Ocero, SP, Officer in Charge, Mityana Prisons is appointed DPC Kayunga. He hands over the station to Ms. Viola Biryomumaisho, SP, who is from Course and is now appointed Officer in Charge Mityana Prisons.

4. Mr. David Musinguzi, SP, DPC Mpigi is appointed Officer in Charge Kasangati Prisons. He takes over from the Caretaker OC, who remains his Deputy Officer in Charge.

5. Mr. Benjamin Oundo, ASP, Deputy Officer in Charge, Moroto Prisons is appointed Officer in Charge, Amuria Prisons. He takes over from Ms. Catherine Okware, SP, who proceeds on accumulated leave.

6. Ms. Constance Birungi, P.O.II, from leave is transferred to Kabonera Prisons as Deputy Officer in Charge.

7. All Officers from Course at NALI, Kyankwanzi, not mentioned in these Service Orders should report to their previous stations in respective deployments.

These Orders take immediate effect.

The Director Administration must facilitate movement of officers without delay.
