The Democratic Republic of Congo, Minister of Justice, Mrs. Mutombo Kiese Rose in the company of Mr. Jean Pierre Masala, Ambassador of DRC to Uganda today paid a courtesy call on the the Commissioner General of Prisons, Can. Dr. Johnson Omuhunde Rwashote Byabashaija at Uganda Prisons Headquarters, Kampala. 

The delegates are in Uganda for a Benchmark visit focused on Prisons and Justice Reforms.
