FUGITIVE WAGABA MOSES CAPTURED

Escaped convict Wagaba Moses was captured on the 27th April, 2014 from Nyabubare, Igara county in Bushenyi district in ajoint operation mounted by the  Uganda Police and Uganda Prisons personnel.
