The Commissioner General of Prisons, Dr. Johnson Byabashaija, yesterday morning met with a team of German investors at his office in Prisons Headquarters.

They had a follow up discussion on the investment and acquisition of a seed processing and seed treatment plant with Uganda Prisons Services so as to implement the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Uganda on Seed Multiplication for the country.
